- Duly filled Application form.
- Two latest passport size color photographs.
- Purchase invoice/Agreement copy.
- Check whether agreement is in single/joint name. If single then guarantor also required.
- Financial card of Borrower/Guarantor.
- Passport of borrower/guarantor alongwith work permit/dependent pass.
- Local ID proof like Driving Permit, if any.
- In case of Service: Employment details like Appointment letter, Appraisal letter, Latest Pay in slip, Employee ID card, Designation, detail of contract period, etc.
- In case of Business: Audited Balance sheet and Tax statement of last 3 years, MoA and latest Form 7.
- Assets/Liabilities of Borrower/Guarantor.
- Detail of existing loan/guarantee with other bank/FI, if any.
- Bank Statement for last six months.
- ROI is 1% below BOIPLR (USD) which is presently at 9.00% p.a.
- Processing charges is 1%
- Collateral Security detail, if any.
- Valuation/Search report from Bank’s Empanelled Valuer/Advocate
BOI STAR AASHIYANA HOUSING SCHEME
- Formal Application stating the amount, purpose, tenor, source of repayment and pro-posed security.
- Financial card number for the borrower
- Third party guarantee of persons with adequate worth. (Can be waived at the discretion of BOIUL depending on the standing of the borrower).
- Charge on the assets created out of the loan amount
- Collateral security acceptable to the Bank.
- Personal Guarantee of directors/partners/proprietors /property holder. Any deviation in terms would need approval of sanctioning authority on merits.
- The assets acquired from the acquired loan should be fully insured covering appropriate risks and the policy to be assigned in the name of Bank of India Uganda Limited.
