- Initial deposit you intend to fix with BOIUL.
- Valid Identification (Passport, Voter’s card, Driving permit, Financial Card, NSSF Card, National ID).
- Two (2) recent passport size photographs.
- Proof of mailing & physical address (Utility Bill copy, Tenancy Agreement, Letter from LC or Employer).
